Play Safe, Set Limits

Responsible Gaming

Winner7 is meant to be fun, not a way to make money or escape stress. This page explains how to keep your play in check, the tools we give you to set limits, and where to turn for help if gambling stops feeling like a game.

Our Commitment

We want you to enjoy Winner7 for a long time, and that only works if your play stays under your control. We build limit and break tools into every account, show your deposit and loss history in plain figures, and never pressure you to keep going after a losing run. Our support team is trained to spot warning signs and to point you to help. For us, a player who sets a limit and sticks to it is a better outcome than one who chases a loss.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling stops being healthy when it starts to cost you more than money. Look out for these signs in yourself or someone close to you:

  • Betting more than you planned, or depositing again right after a loss to win it back.
  • Playing with money meant for rent, food, school fees or loan payments.
  • Borrowing money, or selling things, to keep playing.
  • Hiding how much you play or lose from family and friends.
  • Feeling anxious, restless or low when you are not betting.
  • Letting work, sleep or relationships slip because of time spent on games.
  • Believing a big win is the only way out of money trouble.

Tools We Offer

Every Winner7 account comes with free tools that put you in charge of how much you play. You can turn them on whenever you like.

  • Deposit Limits — cap how much you can add to your account each day, week or month. The cap applies the moment you set it.
  • Loss Limits — set the most you are willing to lose over a chosen period. Once you reach it, betting pauses until the period resets.
  • Session Reminders — get an on-screen prompt after a set amount of play time, showing how long you have been on and where your balance stands.
  • Cooling-Off — take a short break of 24 hours up to six weeks. Your account locks for betting during that time but your balance stays safe.
  • Self-Exclusion — shut your account to play for six months, a year, or permanently, when you need a firm stop rather than a short pause.

How to Set Limits

You can set any of these tools from your account settings. Log in, open the Responsible Gaming section under your profile, and choose the limit or break you want. A lower limit or a longer break takes effect straight away. To raise a limit or lift a cooling-off period, we apply a waiting period first, so a decision made in the heat of a losing run does not undo the protection you set for yourself. If you cannot find a setting or want help applying one, message our support team and they will set it up with you.

Protecting Minors

Winner7 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We verify age at sign up and again through KYC before your first withdrawal, and we close any account we find belongs to a minor. If you share a device or payment app with someone below 18, keep your Winner7 login and UPI details private, log out after playing, and consider parental-control or filtering software that blocks gambling sites on shared phones and computers.

Getting Help

If gambling has stopped being fun, help is available and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. You do not have to sort it out alone.

For free, confidential support, advice and self-assessment tools, visit BeGambleAware.org. If you or someone you know needs to talk, their helpline services offer guidance at any hour. You can also message the Winner7 team at support@winner7.site and we will help you set a limit, cool off or self-exclude straight away.

A Few Ground Rules

Keeping play safe often comes down to a few simple habits. We ask every Winner7 player to hold to these:

  • Only play with spare money, never with funds you need for rent, bills, food or family.
  • Never chase losses. A losing run is not a reason to bet bigger; it is a reason to stop.
  • Set a time and money limit before you start, and walk away once you reach it.
  • Take regular breaks, and do not play when you are tired, upset or under the influence.
  • Do not borrow money or use credit to play, and never treat betting as a way to earn income.
  • Balance gaming with the rest of your life, and keep it as one hobby among many.
